At-Home Treatment
Remedix care - bringing health to your home
Receiving intravenous infusions in a hospital or clinic?
No need to leave your home!
Remedix Care is proud to be the first company to establish a pharmaceutical preparations and intravenous therapy support service for at-home patients. The company provides a comprehensive service that enables individuals in need of intravenous medicinal therapy to receive the treatment in a familiar home environment.
Awareness of the benefits of at-home treatment has grown over the years. Patients can be discharged from the hospital if their condition is stable and allows for their discharge, according to the doctor’s decision, and to continue to receive intravenous treatment in a comfortable home environment.
Remedix Care's team, comprised of pharmacists, nurses and clinical dieticians, accompanies patients and supports them throughout the treatment continuum. Service to our patients begins with their discharge from the hospital, and continues throughout their at-home treatment - in coordination with the health maintenance organizations (HMOs) and with their funding.

You decided that you want at-home treatment? Here are the stages of the process:
1
Your doctor assesses your suitability for at-home treatment:
The decision to receive at-home intravenous treatment is based on many factors, among them medical status, the capability of the patient and their family to receive at-home treatment, and suitability of the medication for at-home treatment
2
Your doctor found you suitable for at-home treatment, and now must issue a prescription for the specified treatment:
The prescription for the at-home treatment includes information about the requested dosage, the treatment regimen and its duration, and type of catheter for delivery of the infusion treatment - to precisely dispense the appropriate equipment. It will also state the delivery address, your contact information and that of your family members, and sometimes additional details that will help us provide the equipment you need.
Your doctor will verify that you have been exposed to the medication prior to transitioning to at-home treatment, and will indicate this on the prescription
