Remedix care - bringing health to your home
Remedix Care Ltd, a subsidiary of Super-Pharm, is an Israeli pioneer in the manufacture and supply of sterile intravenous pharmaceutical preparations to hospitals and at-home patients. Our multidisciplinary team, which includes pharmacists, nurses, and dieticians, is trained, and continues to receive quality training, so that it can provide professional service to our most sensitive customers.
At-Home Treatment - includes intravenous therapy with various medications, primarily by delivering antibiotics, parenteral nutrition, chemotherapy, pain treatment (PCA), and fluid infusions, and the supply of syringes with unique doses and treatments using a subcutaneous pump for various and rare diseases.
We accompany the at-home treatment throughout the treatment continuum stages following receipt of a prescription. Two pharmacists validate the prescription, while concurrently obtaining the obligation from the insurer. After the validation process and receipt of the financial obligation form we compound a personalized pharmaceutical preparation, coordinate the training of a certified nurse for the patient and their family, and finally coordinate supply of the equipment and pharmaceutical preparations to the patient’s home on the same day.

Remedix Care leads in winning tenders for in-home intravenous medical services in Israel, owing to its in-depth knowledge of the sterile compounding centers field and the company’s rigorous quality control. The company has an infrastructure of clean rooms, and computer systems connected to designated databases and to advanced compounding center pumps. We use software systems to track and document the manufacturing process, from receipt of the prescription, its validation, the manufacturing process and supply of the preparation, allowing for optimal consistency and continuous learning. Our laboratories (both analytical and microbial), that are one of a kind in the compounding center domain, enable us to provide the highest quality aseptic preparations.
Remedix Care is proud to be the first compounding center in Israel to receive certification for Good Preparation Practice standards in accordance with Ministry of Health GPP-135 and GPP-132 standards, and continues a 50-year tradition of sterile pharmaceutical preparations.

Baxter-Travanol establishes a laboratory for high-risk solutions and preparations

The activity also extends to cytotoxic preparations. The compounding center was purchased by Teva, and was the first in Israel to produce intravenous nutrition (TPN) for premature babies, and later also for children and adults

Establish an in-home intravenous treatment service - the first company in Israel to provide pharmaceutical preparations and appropriate equipment for at-home intravenous infusion, through a complex supply chain. A pioneer in intravenous medicinal services for children with CF, antibiotics for postoperative patients, and at-home parenteral nutrition. These were possible with the development of infusers and electronic infusion pumps, while tailoring the service and equipment to the needs of the at-home patient
